BSG1K037G is the bidirectional ACDC power module, specially designed for 11kW 3 phase V2G EV charger. Building block design, independent IP65 protection and thermal management are very conveniently integrated to the customer V2G charger. With the high frequency MOSFET/SiC switch technology, it can achieve the excellent performance, high power density and high reliability.
