Liquid Cooled 40kW 1000V DCDC Power Module
Product Introduction
LCG1K0135G is specially designed for DC input EV Fast DC chargers with liquid cooled requirement. It has the features of high efficiency, zero noise, high power density and high reliability. By 300~900VDC input, it can deliver up to 40kW DC output power and cover 150 to 1000VDC output voltage range. It has obtained EMC/EMI Class B, TUV CE and cTUVus certification.

G65 universal coolant, normal operation at liquid temperature -40°C, no power derating at 60°C -
Peak efficiency > 97.5%, full load efficiency > 96.5% -
Anti-condensation water design, full hot plug support for liquid and electrical interfaces, quick-plug connectors for liquid circuits -
Conformal coating and glue flling provide high protection for high reliability -
Supports PV input and MPPT function, supports max 2 modules in parallel and 80kW PV input -
