REG75020SG is specially designed for EV DC chargers with the single phase commercial grid application. It can be easily integrated into portable chargers. It has the features of high efficiency, high power density and high reliability. By single phase AC input, it covers 150~750V DC output voltage range and can deliver constant 7kW output power at above 350Vdc.
