
Product Introduction
BEC900280G is the bidirectional DCDC converter used to connect the battery to the DC bus. It specifically aims for bidirectional DCDC applications in battery energy storage systems with multiple battery groups in parallel to achieve safety isolation and flexible capacity expansion. It also can be used in retired battery utilization and DC micro grid applications. By employing the high frequency SiC MOSFET switch technology, it can achieve excellent performance, high power density, high efficiency and high reliability.
