BEG1K075G is the isolated bidirectional ACDC converter suitable for 260V-1000Vac and 150V-1000Vdc. Rated at 22kW, BEG1K075G features exceptional efficiency (maximum 96.5%), grid-on and grid-off compatibility, Plug and Play, and inside high frequency transformer isolation design, etc. It’s highly recommended for V2G/V2H/VPF/EES applications.
By creatively adopting the third-generation semiconductor SiC MOSFETs and SiC Diodes, BEG1K0110G could reach an efficiency close to 99%, the highest record of all. Capable of smooth bidirectional power conversion between 260V-437Vac and 650V-1000Vdc, the non-isolated 62.5kW converters are especially designed to connect batteries and the AC grid for energy storage and ladder reuse of retired batteries.
REG1K0100G2 is the newest generation 30kW EV charging module, smallest of all and perfect for modern compact charger cabinets. REG1K0100G2 boasts ultra wide voltage range with 260V-530Vac on input side and 150V-1000Vdc on output side, pioneering air duct isolation and glue filling protection design, inside high frequency transformer isolation, and maximum efficiency 95.5%.
